Sweeping Services
The Walker Building Maintenance sweeper fleet is the cleanest, quietest and most efficient in the industry. All corners are blown free of debris and all curbs are cleaned by a mechanical broom. Properties are assigned bar codes with each service being scanned to collect data indicating the time spent on property. Property managers know exactly what time and how long the WBM sweepers are on property. All daily sweeping contracts have their lots inspected at least twice weekly. Every lot is inspected at least twice a month.
